    I used to like
    Have Gun Will Travel
    Lassie
    The Life of Riley
    My Little Margie
    Wagon Train
    77 Sunset Strip
    Father Knows Best
    Dragnet (original)
    Checkmate
    Hawaiian Eye
    Rawhide
    Peter Gunn
    Perry Mason
    Rockford Files
    Magnum
    The Fugitive
    Gunsmoke
    Bonanza
    Star Trek (original)
    The Wild Wild West
    The Cisco Kid
    I Remember Mama
    and lots and lots more
I left home in 1967 and my television watching went way down so most of these were before then.
When I first signed up for Netflix streaming I watched a couple of old shows but they were awful so I haven't watched anymore. I like to remember them as being great entertainment.

I don't have any one favorite, but classics I like very much include The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Cheers, Hill Street Blues, and St. Elsewhere.

Yes,  I enjoy a lot of older shows, like Laverne and Shirley, Happy Days, Little House on the Prairie, to name a few.  But my all time favorite is
The Waltons.  I love, love, love those shows.  I have seen every show right from the beginning to the end, I don't know how many times over.

Loved the Waltons too....a classic time in history, and John Boy wanted to be a journalist...
