   Good to read another article by you, after a long time.
   Lata Mangeshkar needs no introduction, but it is interesting to read, how she has influenced your singing career. Also, it’s good to know about your grandfather’s legacy, and your father’s influence on you.

      Thanks, Chitrangadaji for your kind words of appreciation and for sharing it here.
      I am unable to post much these days. Last five months have been very eventful as well as sad. Our family has lost about ten members. The most recent loss is of my eldest Maasi, just two days back. She was around 87 and she led a life full of great sacrifices and challenges. My priorities remain focused on taking care of my parents and family members at such times.

   I love music, including vocal
   music, but I have never heard of Lata Mangeshkar. She sounds like a fascinating person who was well worth listening to.
