Clueless is an American romance comedy film written and directed by Amy Heckerling. The movie is released on July 19, 1995, with Alicia Silverstone, Stacey Dash and Brittany Murphy as the main cast. Heckerling comes up with the story after being inspired by Jane Austen's novel Emma. It tells the story of Cher, a pretty, rich popular blonde who can get anyone to do anything. When she finally meets the man of her dreams, she realizes that money and fame aren’t the most important in this world, love is.
