Positive versus negative thinking

Having a habit of negative thinking can have consequences of depressed moods, giving up on things quickly, not being able to achieve their life's best and even poor physical health.

Having a habit of thinking positive can give our children a life of happiness, high achievement, high self esteem, build confidence and better physical health.

Changing a kids thinking pattern

Cognitive therapy techniques are great tools to help change a kids thinking patterns from negative to positive.

Here are some techniques to use: evaluate your kids thoughts, catch their negative thoughts and turn them into positive thoughts, think of a more accurate explanation of why something happened and practice positive actions.

There are numerous benefits of practicing positive thinking habits. Some include: more confidence, forward thinking, happiness, courage, strength and prevention of anxiety and depression.

I believe it's worth spending money on coaching your kids for these life skills at an early age. The results can be priceless........

Life coaching kids

I am currently coaching kids on the life skills needed to live a happier and healthier life. I use different tools for different ages and make the learning fun and interactive. The ages I work with are 9 years old to 19 years old.

Some of the topics that we coach kids on are coping skills, leadership, accountability, healthy eating, self esteem, motivation, mindfulness, communication skills, goal setting and accomplishments, collaboration, social skills, optimism, perception, financial skills and many more.

The coaching that I offer is through interactive web-ex sessions online individually or with a group. I offer free web-ex sessions to parents to discuss and show what the coaching involves.

If you are interested in hearing more information on coaching your kids with life skills send me a message.

In the meantime, you can go to my blog and sign up to get updates of my blogs to share with your children at the website below.

Pick a category when you go to the blog as I have a lot of posts on self help topics.

I am very passionate on helping kids live happier lives so they can choose who they want to be in the future.

Share with anyone you believe can use some help with their kids

If you know anyone that has children that you believe they would benefit from life skill coaching please refer them to this post so they can contact me. You can share this post on your facebook account.

I know as much as most parents that our own kids at certain ages don't listen to their parents so maybe if they attend a web ex with other kids and a coach they will listen.

Develop children Socially and Emotionally

I believe their is higher stress and fear in kids today. Creating behavioral changes will help them cope with these fears and stress.

Empower kids and develop a positive healthy self image and build their strength to overcome issues that they are dealing with today.

Help kids identify positive and negative influences, understand themselves better, identify their triggers and negative thoughts and emotions.
