For babies, is demand feeding or routine feeding the best way to go?
From my experience of seven babies, I recommend routine. Please see my hub, or go to my website www.motheringadvice.org.nz
routine feeding would be the best way to go! if you feed on demand, then the baby gets a sense of power and you will be up at any hour of the night having to feed them! a set schedual keeps order and allows you to rest when you need it! once the baby picks up on the routine of course! it will take some time to make a set scheual work, but it does! lol
