That's up to the judge. Hopefully, you can get the right to disconnect everything if you get booted. If you aren't married, then the other person goes, usually.
That is ultimately up to judge but I'll tell you this: possession is 9/10 of the law, so whoever moves out is probably out for good. I hope this helps.
