What is some televison shows that the whole family can watch together?
This are shows that you feel comfortable the entire family can all sit down and watch.
My family always enjoyed watching game shows together, particularly trivia ones. I remember when "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire" was on and it was a huge family affair in my house. Of course some could be deemed inappropriate as they may be more adult oriented (for a classic, see The Newlywed Game) but for the most part we'd watch trivia shows that were both educational and allowed us all some healthy competition over always asserting who was right. =P
The Modern Family is our favourite. Suitable for pretty much all ages.
My family loves watching American Idol and America's got talent. We go around the room and say who we vote for or whose being kicked off next. It's a great family time and just good, clean fun.
We are currently watching Dogs in the City...
My family also loves Once Upon a Time but that might be a little much for little ones...
We love America's Funniest Home Videos, Wheel of Fortune, Survivor, and Last Man Standing..
American idol or any idol series of the country we are from... It's great with all the music and the colour... kids love it...
Myth Busters is always a good bet. Not just for the men, but as a woman, I really like it, and the kids will love the experiments they perform on the show.
well, we currently got our television cables off to control television viewing. Now we have a specific schedule for movie time and series time. Having a seven year old boy in the house, we make sure that the programs we allow our child to watch would be appropriate for his age, morally engaging and at the same time entertaining for the whole family.
Among the programs we watch are featured in my hub located at :

If so, I would like to engage in a discussion about this unhealthy addiction of mine.I predicted the who the Top 5 would be Seven weeks ago and I'm basking in it, but I'm also concerned for myself. To understand this type of absurdity must not be healthy at all.

Has our entertainment on TV gone too far? After watching "America's Got Talent", last night, I was appaulled that they allowed a man to repeatedly smash his "jewels" (most polite way I know how to put it) and then voted him onto the next level of competition! Is this...
