    yes, I'm always looking for answers although I haven't attend any recently.  I like to be self-motivated, but I like the idea of getting different answers to see if can select the best option.

      Reserve27, I used to be a nut about motivation courses and seminars. Looking back now, I feel like a real nut, LOL. None of my motivation instructors are doing well. I would even venture to say that some are doing even more badly than I am.

    Not really.  They tend to give you an emotional high when you are there, but then the excitement wears off once you get back home and into your real world. Motivation comes, in part, from having a knowledge of your purpose; and may need to be helped along by weeding out false messages about yourself and your ability to actually live out that purpose that are buried in your heart; a motivational speaker cannot fully help you with these things.

      Well said, Alise-Evon, you would have saved me a few thousand dollars, if you had told me earlier! LOL. Motivation should come from within us, not without (outside). Anything outside merely gives us a temporary high.
