How do you help a child with his/her nightmares?
Nightmares can be traumatic for children. Any tips on how parents should deal with this?
Don't let him sleep alone for he will be comforted knowing he is not alone. Give him dinner with tuna fish in soup with malunggay ( moringa or horseradish) leaves at 6PM, it is a good diet to combat anemia,insomnia and stress or it induce a good sleep the whole evening. Lastly, it is a must to avoid horror movies.
