At what age a girl should be allow to wear a bikini to go to a public swimming pool or to the beach?
Should we make a difference between public swimming pool and the beach?
At any age. I am not sure where you can find baby bikinis. When, I was in 2nd grade, my mother crocheted me a bikini and it absorbed water. It fell off all the time. As long as they are not too skimpy, like thongs, they should be fine.
