First written hub screen flashed back to start all text gone can't start over it said Title in use
If you wrote everything, the hub should still be saved under your account. Go to your account and you should find the list of your hubs (or just that one since it's your first). If it's there (and I hope it is), you should be able to open it in edit mode and change the title.
I did find the missing hub and submitted my first hub but I didn't have a photo for it and I think it will be rejected..
