Yes, you have heard it right. These recipes would need only 5 ingredients to make them.

Let`s start with dump cake


1. Dump Cake


1 can cherry pie filling

1 can pineapple chunks, drained

1 cake mix, white or yellow

1 cup butter. melted

1 cup nuts chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x15 baking pan. Dump in cherry pie filling and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with cake mix. Pour melted butter on top. Add nuts all over the pan before baking. Bake for 1 hour. Test cake if it`s done.


2. Cheesecake


2 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese

½ cup sugar

½ tea spoon full vanilla

2 eggs

1 prepared graham crust (9 inch commercially prepared or from scratch)

Preheat oven to 350 degree. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. You can place all the ingredients into bowl of food processor and blend it until get smooth texture. Pour into graham cracker crumb crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Slice, serve onto dessert plates.


3. Frozen Mud Pie


1 ½ cups ( about 15) cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

¼ cup butter, melted

2 pints coffee ice cream softened

¼ cup chocolate syrup

Additional whole cookies to garnish

Place cookie crumbs in a bowl. Stir in margarine. Press cookie mixture on to the bottom and up the sides of non grease 9 inch pie pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon one pint of softened ice cream into the crust. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup, swirl with knife. Top with remaining ice cream. Drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup, swirl with a knife again. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional whole cookies.


4. Double Chocolate Brownies


1(15 ounce) can sweeten condensed milk

1(12 ounce) chocolate chips

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon full vanilla

1 ( 32 ounce) roll chocolate chip cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350 degree. In a sauce pan stir together sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and salt over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla and stir. Pat 2/3 of the cookie dough an ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread chocolate mixture over dough and dot with remaining dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes.


5.Peanut Butter Fudge

18 ounce peanut chips

½ teaspoon baking soda

1/8 spoonful salt

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 table spoon vanilla extract.

Cut 12 inch length extra wide heavy duty aluminum foil, fold edges back to form 7/12 inch width. With folded sides facing down, fit foil securely in to bottom and up sides of 8 inch square baking pan, allowing excess to overhang pan sides. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Toss peanuts butter chops, baking soda and salt in medium heatproof bowl until baking soda is evenly distributed. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.Set bowl over 4 quart saucepan containing 2 cups simmering water. Stir with spatula until chips are almost fully melted and few small pieces remain about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove bowl from heat and continue to stir until chips are fully melted and mixture is smooth about 2 minutes. Transfer fudge to prepared pan and spread in even layer with spatula. Refrigerate until set in about 2 hours. Remove fudge from pan using foil and cut in to squares.
