How to prepare quick strawberry ice cream

Updated on September 21, 2013

Ice cream is a wonderful preparation which is made by mixing milk and sugar and some special ingredients for different flavors and texture

Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with other sweeteners . In some cases, artificial flavorings and coloring's are used in addition to, or instead of, the natural ingredients.

Ice cream is a main dessert which attracts children. It has a tiny amount of calcium, but that's not enough of a health benefit to count.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't let them have it. On the contrary: life is not about eating solely healthy things. Teaching your children that eating fatty, sweet foods in moderation develops habits that will make them both happy and healthy. Here i am describing the method of preparing strawberry ice cream.
