Alugbati con Carne in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
Alugbati 1/4 k
one whole onion
one whole garlic
one whole tomato
1/4 kilo of meat
oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
Preparation
1) Remove the leaves of alugbati from its stem
2) Cut onion into small cubes
3) Cut tomato into slices
4) Cut garlic into small slices
5) Cut the meat into small pieces
Cooking Process
1) Saute onion, garlic, tomato in a small amt of oil.
2) Add meat and mix thoroughly
3) Pour 1/2 cup water
4) Add two tablespoon full of oyster sauce
5) Add salt and pepper
6) Cook for a few minutes.
This preparation is intended for four to five persons. Enjoy your meal.
