For your Apple Brown Betty Recipe you will need.
1. 12 Granny Smith Apples peeled cored and cut into thin even slices.
2. 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon.
3. 2 Cups Self Rising Flour.
4. 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar.
5. 1/2 Cup Real Butter.
Apple Brown Betty Syrup
1. 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar.
2. 1/2 Cup Hot Water.
3. Juice of One Lemon.
Spray a 9"X13" Baking Dish with vegetable cooking spray. Spread your apples out over the bottom of the baking pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top of the apples. Make your Apple Brown Betty Syrup and set aside.
