Apple Cinnamon Cheese Cake Recipe

Here's a recipe for the most delicious cheesecake you will ever eat. It does take a little more effort to make this cheesecake but its one of the best tasting cheese cakes you will ever eat. Be sure to find and use Granny Smith Apples for your Cheese Cake.

For your crust you will need.

1 Cup Of Graham Cracker Crumbs

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Cup of Margarine Melted

For Your Filling You Will Need

2 Packages 8 Ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanillia

For Your Topping You Will Need

4 Cups Thin Sliced Peeled Granny Smith Apples

1/3 Cup Of Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Fine Chopped Pecans

Here's how to make your Cheesecake

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

For Your Crust You Will Need

Make sure that your graham cracker crumbs are crushed up in very small pieces. Now you want to combine your crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and margarine and press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan. Now you want to bake your crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

For Your Filling You Will Need

For your filling you will want to combine your Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and sugar and mix with a hand mixer until well blended. Now add your eggs one at a time being sure to mix after adding each egg. Now mix in your vanilla and mix well. Now pour into your 9 inch spring-form pan on top of your crust.

For Your Topping You Will Need

You will want to be sure to use Granny Smith Apples to go on top of your Cheese Cake and you will want to peel them and slice in very thin slices. Now you will want to toss your apple slices with your sugar and cinnamon and place them on top of your Cheese Cake. Sprinkle on your fine chopped pecans and now bake for 1 hour 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

When you take the Cheese Cake out of the oven loosen the pan and allow the Cheese Cake to cool to room temperature before you remove the Cheese Cake from your Spring-Form Pan. Now you will want to refrigerate the Cheese Cake overnight before slicing and serving.
