Our Tainted Food Supply: Chicken From China? Really?

Should we be importing foods from 3rd world countries that have no regulatory control for health and safety of their products? Avian flu is still rampant in China - so why are we stocking our grocery stores with these products? Is the concept of 'share the wealth' the same as 'share the diseases'?

Our government has done it again.

Our food importers are now allowed to import chicken from China.

So much for growing our own economy.

There are still no safety regulations imposed on the Chinese manufacturers of food, toys, or any other products imported into this country.

Talk about opening the door to terrorist attacks. Simply taint the food supply entering this country from third world countries. Kill off thousands, or millions, of people before we can 'discover' what the problem is, and then act shocked as if we could not see this coming.

Corporate profits are still a greater American priority than the safety of the American people. Individual lives are becoming more and more insignificant.

DO NOT EVER think that the F.D.A. is, in any way, designed to protect the American public. It is currently owned by corporate America.

Food manufacturers have won another victory in profit over safety. This government has signed a pact with the devil to, not only , allow chickens from China to stock our supermarket shelves. They also allowed GENETICALLY MODIFIED SALMON to take its place in our grocery stores. This will only open the door to 'genetically modifying' all other kinds of sea foods. It is not bad enough we have polluted the air and the earth, now the need to pollute the sea is imperative to make it complete. Mission accomplished.

We already have allowed farmers to genetically modify our vegetables. We now consume tons of genetically modified foods that once were actually healthy for our bodies. Now - not so much. You are already unknowingly, and unwittingly, ingesting genetically altered tomatoes, broccoli, cow's milk, and untold other vegetables currently lining our grocery store shelves.

This government also has approved the use of genetically modified alfalfa, which means all of the meat supply in this country will be tainted as well, as they are routinely fed this altered alfalfa.

For those of you who do not understand the dangers of this practice, and are probably asking yourself, what does this really matter? - here it is in a nutshell:

Evolution has taken millions of years to produce our current physical (physiological) genetic makeup which is totally dependent on nature's bounty to sustain us in a symbiotic relationship that is healthy and natural for us.

Alter the genetic makeup of plants and animals that we need to sustain life, and you are opening the door to a Pandora's box. For those of you who do not know the meaning behind the Pandora's box comment - here it is in another proverbial nutshell:

Pandora's box is a mythical "box" that housed all the evil in the world. When the box was opened by those who sought to try to control its contents (or otherwise exploit them) - they inadvertently let all the present evil loose in our world.

Genetically altered foods have a real potential of affecting our own genetic make up. This can lead to massive untreatable, irreversible diseases and future birth defects. There is NO-ONE on this planet that can promise with absolute certainty that ingesting genetically altered foods will not affect our own genetic makeup. NO-ONE!! Even the most intelligent, most learned physicians, philosophers, or scientists can predict with absolute certainty that these genetic alterations will not effect our own genetic makeup. And it does not matter how much money corporate America pays these people to attest to their safety, it will not make it so.

We are allowing the Greed , and quest for money and power, by only a small percentage of our population, to potentially destroy mankind itself. Another experiment on the unwitting human race. Again, sanctioned by our government.

We will get what we deserve for allowing this "sin" to continue, but our children, and their children, do not deserve this legacy.

The Krazy Kristians will say it is God's punishment for 'sins' in this world. 'Superstitious and 'Fairy tale' finger pointing serves no purpose and does not change facts. It only instills fear and misdirected hostility.

I am appalled that this Democratic government has turned a blind eye to the public safety just to appease their opponents who are the true destroyers of mankind. Blinded by Greed and self serving pseudo self righteousness.

It is time for all of us to wake up and take a stand against the greed and corruption of those who are only looking out for their own selfish interests - greed and power. These are the true evils currently ruling this world.

The Egyptian people have the right idea, but will 'good intentions' actually prevail over the anarchical spread of greed by such a small, but powerful, percentage of the total world population that literally has us all by the balls, and will not let go without a fight to the death.

This evil seems to have a rapidly growing army of minions who can not see the truth for the promise of their own, albeit limited, piece of that "evil pie in the sky".

They have successfully poisoned the minds of the masses by planting that seed of fear of retribution by an angry God. What fools we mortals have become to believe that an unknown, unseen, and obviously uncaring entity is going to swoop down from the sky and save our pathetic asses from the carnage incurred by the wealthy, the proud, the greedy, and the gullible, and misguided radicals, with their loud voices and pointing fingers.

There should be a (world) revolution against the prevailing autocratic and plutocratic governments of this planet.

Amazingly enough the catalyst for change on a global scale is being ignited by our perceived enemies (Muslims).

Think about it - if these oppressive governments win this battle - we all lose. Every last one of us. It will open the door wider, in this country, for the 'conservatives' to fully take over our own government and set our progress back hundreds of years.

The Pandemonium in the middle east is just the tip of the iceberg.

Perhaps, they are not only opening the lid on Pandora's box wider, but removing it altogether.

Or, perhaps, if there is a just God looking at all this idiocy he will finally show his face, swoop his arm, and cleanse this entire planet of the undeserving populace that now occupies the precious space here. It would be no loss to the universe.

And we will no longer be subjected to those "chickens from China" arriving on our shores, and taking over our stores, to fill our gullets with more of their poisons.
