Chicken Tuna Salad
Short on time but still want a delicious meal? Maybe not too fattening but something healthy? Here is an easy recipe that works pretty well for me when I am in a hurry, starving, and want something nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- lettuce
- 1 small can tuna
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- baby spinach
- cooked chicken breast
- In a large salad bowl, mix together the chopped onions, the diced tomatoes, lettuce or baby spinach (your choice),diced bell peppers, and the cooked chicken breast. If you love tuna as much as I do, then don't hesitate to add tuna to the salad! Pour the olive oil slowly into the salad. (If you want to add dressing, lemon juice for better taste, be my guest.)
