Cranberry Orange Cream Topping Recipe | The Cupboard Drawer Recipe Book

½ Cup Heavy Cream

½ Cup Jellied Cranberry Sauce

2 Tbsp Orange Marmalade

1 Tbsp Confectioners Sugar

  1. In a Medium Bowl with an electric mixer on high speed, beat the cream until stiff peaks form; set aside
  2. In a blender process the remaining ingredients until blended and smooth. Gently stir the Cranberry mixture into the whipped cream until well blended, Serve immediately on your favorite Ice Cream, Pie, or any other dessert you fancy…

Yield 1 ½ Cups of topping

      CM - 20 extra mins on the Treadmill at 12 degrees incline, and 60 extra crunches and you'll be good!
