2 Tbsp Orange Marmalade

1 Tbsp Confectioners Sugar

  1. In a Medium Bowl with an electric mixer on high speed, beat the cream until stiff peaks form; set aside
  2. In a blender process the remaining ingredients until blended and smooth. Gently stir the Cranberry mixture into the whipped cream until well blended, Serve immediately on your favorite Ice Cream, Pie, or any other dessert you fancy…
