Crescent Rolls Wedge Taco Bake
This recipe was shared on social media. One of the sharers wondered if anyone had tried it and if it was good.
Well. I made it today. I sort of followed the recipe on the package, but I added a few details. I used both pork and ground beef. I added minced onion, sweet pepper and black olive to the burger when I fried it. Then two packages of taco seasoning.
I put the meat in the middle. Added cheese. Folded the ends of the rolls over the meat. Oven 375 for 25 minutes.
I used a pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Tomatoes, lettuce and taco sauce on top.
It was very, very good!

- 2 tubes crescent rolls dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/4 cup sweet peppers
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 2 packages taco seasoning
