The Breakfast Dilema

A satisfying breakfast can be one of the most stressful meals to provide when you have a large family or company visiting from out of town.

Before now, the options were:

  • Open a box of doughnuts from the local grocery store
  • Offer a variety of cold cereals
  • Spend the entire morning standing over the stove making different kinds of eggs for everyone and getting splattered with bacon grease

Those days are over!

These two incredibly easy breakfast recipes will have everyone raving about the taste and allow the chef the freedom to actually sit at the breakfast table and eat with the family.

The baked breakfast recipes are wonderful any day of the week but they really come in handy during the holidays. No one wants to be chained to the kitchen when there are other family activities to enjoy.

Vegetarian or Gluten Free

These breakfast recipes are wonderfully versatile.

They can be easily transformed into a vegetarian delight by leaving out the bacon or sausage and adding vegetables or peppers to spice things up.

Both of these delicious breakfast choices can become your gluten free favorites as well.

Simply substitute the all-purpose flour and pancake mix with the gluten free versions found at most health food stores and some grocery stores.
