Personal Review

Cinnamon roll icing can be made one of two ways.

You can either make a buttercream with the same amounts of butter, milk, and powdered sugar as you would for this recipe, or you can making a cream cheese icing with cream cheese instead of butter.

Compared to the buttercream, we both voted that although both icings were very good, the cream cheese version was the winner.

This one not only had better flavoring instead of being just sugar, but it also worked better on the cinnamon rolls and tasted more like the Pillsbury cinnamon roll icing.

You'll have to try it for yourself and let me know what you think!
