Updated on March 12, 2011

Are you a fan of popcorn? There are many reasons that popcorn is such a popular snack. Besides the facts that it's easy to make and low in calories, popcorn also tastes great! It's a terrific choice for dieters who are looking for a flavorful, guilt-free snack for any time of the day. With only 24 calories per cup, popcorn is one of the lowest calories treats you can find anywhere.

Of course, if you top your popcorn with tons of melted butter, it isn't quite such a diet-friendly treat. However, you don't have to limit yourself to plain popcorn if you're trying to watch your waistline. Thanks to the Kernel Season's product line, there are plenty of ways to add flavor to your popcorn without adding tons of fat and calories that will sabotage your diet and healthy eating plans.

Kernel Season's Popcorn Spritzer

If you want to enjoy rich, buttery flavored popcorn without blowing your diet, top off your serving of popcorn with a couple sprays of Kernel Season’s Popcorn Spritzer. This tasty all-natural spritzer has the same rich melted butter flavor you'd expect from real move theater popcorn, without the drawback of all of the extra fat and calories that real butter would add to your snack.

Simply prepare popcorn using your favorite technique (electric popper, microwave, or stove top), then sprinkle a generous portion of the flavor you like best on the popped kernels before eating. Try one flavor at a time or exercise your creativity by mixing and matching to create your own unique flavor.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I love popcorn but all popcorn bags for micro-oven come with a lot of salt. Of course, it makes it tasty, it is not good for blood-pressure. So I buy canned popcorn, persuade my wife to pop them manually and eat them somehow. I miss the tasty popcorn pag so conviently popped in a mirco-oven.

Now I would look for Whirley-Pop Stovetop to avoid dependency on wife and also Spritzer to add flavor. I hope these would be available in my country.
