A lot like Fish Sticks but, Gluten Free
Like most moms, I want to expose my kids to many different kinds of foods so they can be nutritionally well rounded adults. Fish is a tricky one for little kids sometimes because it 'smells funny' and looks 'different'. We started our kids out on these Fish Fingers because they look very similar to Chicken Fingers and they could still dip them in ketchup. My boys are 11 and 9 years old now and they will eat most kinds of fish. They still enjoy having these every now and then and honestly, so do I.
