Best Ways to Grill:
What type of Grill do you use most often?
Grill your favorite steak!
An all-time favorite is using beer to marinate meat for grilling, or "carne asada". If you prefer, use your favorite steak, such as Rib Eye, T-bone, or Flank, just to name a few...it's your choice!
Instructions:
-
Just sprinkle the meat with the usual spices (garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, salt, any spice you normally use).
-
sprinkle with one beer. Save the rest for yourself .
-
Let the meat rest-- while you get the fire going.
-
Turn on some sounds too -- don't mind if you want to dance!
-
Invite some friends or enjoy with your loved one.
FYI: for those concerned with the use of beer, the alcohol will burn off after cooking.
Looking for an idea to celebrate a special day? This is sure to spark up conversation and be delicious too!
♥ IDEA: This could be a great birthday or anniversary celebration in the making... avoid overcrowded and expensive restaurants! It wouldn't hurt to bring out some candles either.

Carne Asada... just means, grilled meat, in Spanish
As you probably already know, you can order "prepared" or marinated meat for carne asada at your local butcher. This saves a lot of time in having the ingredients on hand as well as the cost and preparation. Did you know beer is used? You might want to ask what they put on it, because they use beer at several of my local butcher counters (at smaller markets). This would be the quick way to do it...just light it up, start grilling. MMmmm great smell!
Want more intense smell and taste? Before grilling: also add chopped green onions, garlic, cilantro, and squeeze of lemon...UNBELIEVABLE!
Be sure to have lot's of fun, anytime you are grilling, or cooking. It's a sure way to be creative and enjoyable for all ages.
Wishing you all the joys of life... keep cooking... keep positive... and, of course, eat healthy for a healthy body
