DIY; An egg with a secret message
Want a great easter gift that is perfect for everyone? Well have you ever heard of putting a message into an easter egg? I bet you haven't! This easy craft is wonderful if you want to give it to a friend or the love in your life! You can fill your egg with anything you want, I just think this idea is super cute! My cousin gave me the idea and taught me how, so I decided to share it with all of you so you can make your own! If you are interested I hope you keep reading for the things you will need and directions! This is really simple, I know it sounds difficult but when she showed me how all I could say is wow! You get to decorate your eggs with your own creativity and your kids can even do it too! You don't need much for this project and you are left with a gorgeous egg with a secret message inside. Any type of paint colors you like
Paint brushes
One egg (however many you are making each message is for one egg)
Needle
Paper
Pencil
Directions:
First very carefully you are going to poke your needle through the egg and gently drain out all the yoke and egg whites. Let the eggs sit out over night to dry, we don't want soggy egg messages! Then you are going to paint on your egg and don't paint over the hole. Paint any desgins you like it is all up to you and your imagination. Then you are going to cut a small piece of paper and write your secret message. Use thin paper like graph paper or computer paper so the message will slide in easier without crushing your egg! Roll up your paper as small as possible and try to slowly push it through the egg do this very carefully! Then you can put your craft into a box and don't forget to tell the people you give it to too crack it open to reveal their message.
