How to make delicious meal using chicken,potatoes and vegetables in steam oven?
Steam cooking is one of the most healthy ways of cooking. It's low fat and vitamins rich. It's also fast and you don't need to worry about burn a ingredients.
Typical steam oven have three floors :
1 – for meat, fish etc.
2 – for potatoes, rice etc.
3 – for vegetables.
Now lets do delicious meal with chicken, potatoes and vegetables.
Chicken goes first :
1)If you have whole chicken wash it, cut it legs off and try to remove bones from breast.
2)Cut breast meat in stripes. You can remove bones from chicken legs also but it is not obligatory (you can cook whole legs).
3)Put meat on lowest floor of steam oven.
Now potatoes :
2)Skin as many as you like.
3)Cut them in quite small pieces (lets say about 4cm)
4)Put them on second floor of steam oven
And vegetables :
1)Wash your vegetables (you can use what you like : carrots, cauliflower, broccoli etc)
2)Cut them into small pices
3)Put on third floor of steam oven.
If your oven doesn’t have 3 floor then put potatoes and vegetables together. Now turn steam oven on and wait about 20-30 minutes. Your delicious and healthy meal is ready. Enjoy!
