I am always talking about my hangover soup and always getting requests for the recipe.
It is a simple soup, noodles and tomato sauce, but the way it is made enhances the flavor.
The simplicity of it is what makes it such a great hangover cure. Too bold of flavors or heaviness of a dish can be a big no no for a queasy stomach. And doesnt soup cure everything anyway?
I have been eating this for years and it has never failed me. I hope it works for you.
Elbow Macaroni Oil Tomato Sauce Seasoning...salt, chicken cube...whatever you like (best if salt based)
Pot of boiling water about 5 cups and heated skillet
Add enough oil to skillet to coat the bottom and a little extra
Add about 1 cup of noodles to hot oil, oil should coat all noodles Keep stirring noodles so they dont burn
While noodles are browning, season boiling water. I added salt and half a chicken packet
Slightly Brown Noodles, they will burn quickly
Add can of tomato to noodles, just heat quickly
Cook noodles, do not over cook. Al dente Noodles will cook a little more once off the heat
I add lime or lemon at the end
