My prized Pumpkin Pie recipe

So I decided for my first recipe on HubPages I would give a break down of my pumpkin pie. I've made it for about 3 years now and it is... (by everyones account!) the best homemade pie out there. So let get started.
You'll Need:
- 1 pie pumpkin
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cloves
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1 pie crust
- 10 oz. condensed milk
To get the pumpkin:
Cut the pie pumpkin in half (you only need one half) scoop out the insides and save the seeds for some roasted pumpkin seeds if you like. Wrap the pumpkin half in tin foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and scrape out the meat.
Time to mix:
You'll want to mix ALL of the ingredients together, I'd suggest starting with the pie and the condensed milkand eggs. You should mash or mix these together til you get a mostly creamy product. Then add the remaining ingredients, plus about a teaspoon of salt, if you'd like.
Bake:
Pour the ingredients into the slready made pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425. After this, turn the heat down to 350 and bake for another 30-45 kminutes, or until a knife inserted in the center come out clean.
There you have it. My delicious pumpkin pie. It has a slightly darker color than pies made with canned pumpkins and may be slightly white on top before it settle out of the oven. These pies have a very strong pumpkin spice flavor and are great for avid pumpkin pie lovers. Have a grat holiday and happy baking!
