Nasher's Nachos
This is Brian Nash (Nasher) guitarist, from Frankie Goes To Hollywood, personal recipe. A perfect melody of strong, vibrant and seductive, flavors. Unlike regular nachos this recipe uses Doritos instead of tortilla chips. With melted aged cheddar dollops of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. A favorite at our house.
Nasher posted this on his Facebook wall and he gave me permission to use. As it turns out he's the family cook of the house and loves cooking and creating new recipes ... maybe one day he'll write a cookbook.
