Paneer tikka masala - Cottage Cheese dipped in Sour cream, cooked with Capsicum, Onion and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb Paneer, Cottage Cheese (Follow pics below for all descripton given)
- 1 lb Light Sour Cream
- Two Onions, Cut into Large pieces
- Two Capsicum, Sliced
- One Tomato, Cut into Large pieces
- Some Hot Sauce
- Two Spoons Red Chilli Powder
- Three Spoons Kitchen King Spice, Everest or any garam masala that you can find
- Oil, For cooking and deep fry
- Some Ginger
- Some Garlic
- One Spoon Chilli Soya Sauce
Instructions
- Take A Container and add Sour cream, Red Chilli powder and hot sauce to it and mix well
- Add in the cubed Paneer pieces and mix well. Add one spoon of Chilli Soya Sauce and mix well
- Cover it with a Lid and set aside on hour for marinating
- Deep fry capsicum and large cut onions (Set aside half of onions for gravy) and place in a paper napkin to drain off excess oil
- Deep fry the marinated Paneer and place in a paper napkin to drain off excess oil. Leave the excess cream in the container to be used as gravy
- Pour some oil in a frying pan and lightly fry garlic, ginger, onion and tomato
- Grind it into smooth mixture and put it in the marinated container and mix with left over cream.
- Put oil in frying pan, add cumin seeds when hot and add few sliced green chillis
- Add in the blended mixture and add in 3 spoons of Kitchen King spice
- Mix well, add one cup of water and cover with the lid for few minutes, leave it on medium heat
- When you see the bubbles add in the fried capsicum, onion and Paneer and mix well
- Add salt and cover it with lid for few minutes and stirr from time to time.
- After 5 minutes, Your delicious Paneer Tikka Masala will be all ready to eat. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro leaves if you like.
