Updated on May 3, 2012

Prawns (shrimps) are my all time favourite when it comes to seafood. In this quick and easy recipe, I decided not to peel the shrimps because I don't have enough time to do so..lol...still it turns so delicious and my hubby loves it.

Hi rjsadowski, yes I tried adding ginger before, but the flavor of the ginger spice dominates over shrimp that is why I excluded it. However, you can still incorporate if you prefer so. Thanks for stopping by.

Looks interesting. Have you ever considered making it like a Chinese stir fry starting with ginger, garlic and scallions?
