Relax with Tea
Most of my countrymen have returned from their long holiday and now we're back on our daily activities. Many of us found a little difficulty to get back to the tight schedule. So, why not try to relax with a cup of tea and some snacks?
A cup of warm tea can help the body become more relax and ease. Having some tea now is become a lifestyle. People in Jakarta used to have some tea with friends and working colleges, and it's not just for relaxing but also for business deals.
Here are some types of tea that can be enjoyed this afternoon, along with snacks that fit.
1. Lavender Lemonade Tea
Lavender tea has a sweet and fresh aroma and it will help you adding some spirit for your day. The oil inside lavender flower may help your mind and body calm. While lemonade will stimulate your body to produce energy.
You may enjoy the lavender tea with lemonade cookies.
2. Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey Tea is great for morning and afternoon tea. Earl grey is a mix of black tea with lemon and bargamot.
The aroma is so fragrance and fresh with a mild flavor. Earl grey tea is great to encourage our spirit today. This elegance tea from England is so great to enjoy with some Shortbread Cookies.
3. Chai Tea
Chai Tea, is a tea made from a mixture of several kinds of spices including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Some people used to serve it with milk, and it makes the taste even better, sweet and warm.
This mixture will make your body warm because there are ginger and cardamom. Very suitable to enjoy after a long windy day.
4. English Breakfast Tea
One of the classics of British tea. It tastes stronger than the Earl Grey tea. This tea also has more concentrated color and thicker than the Earl Grey.
English Breakfast Tea is great to mix with fresh milk. You may enjoy it with some oatmeal cookies or chocolate chips cookies. This tea will increase your energy after working a whole day long.
5. Rooibos Tea
Is a kind of herbal tea that is often found in South Africa. It has a lightly sweet tropical fruits flavor. This type of tea has a low caffeine degree.
6. Mint Tea
Mint Tea is most popular in Turkey. This is a type of green tea that is cooked with mint leaves, creating a mint fragrant aroma and so refreshing. Mint tea will make your body warm and make your mind calmer.
You may enjoy mint tea with honey or sugar cubes.
A cup of fresh and warm tea may make your body fresh because it contains anti-oxidant and great for adding some body liquid. Just put some tea leaves on a special teapot, pour some hot water, stir slowly, enjoy the fragrance.
Next, pour the tea into your cups. You may add some sugar, milk, or honey. Plus some snacks and you will ready for today.
