This tasty Salmon dish is great for a new twist on salmon. Fresh with a yummy orange salsa its the perfect way to spice up your night. A great side dishes to pair with this is a fresh salad and crusty bread rolls.

Yields: 3 servings


  • 3 portions Salmon, thawed
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbs orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup orange segments, cut into 1/2in. pieces
  • 2 Tbs fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Continue to cook until orange segments are warmed through.
  3. Remove from heat and add chopped parsley. Serve.
