Salmon With Orange Salsa
This tasty Salmon dish is great for a new twist on salmon. Fresh with a yummy orange salsa its the perfect way to spice up your night. A great side dishes to pair with this is a fresh salad and crusty bread rolls.

Ingredients
- 3 portions Salmon, thawed
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbs orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup orange segments, cut into 1/2in. pieces
- 2 Tbs fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients.
- Continue to cook until orange segments are warmed through.
- Remove from heat and add chopped parsley. Serve.
