Introduction
This dish is so simple, it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. I learned this from my brother-in-law who lives in Seattle. Some people believe this is as good as the best salmon from the freshest seafood market.

Kirkland Brand Atlantic Salmon Steak
Directions
The key ingredients are the frozen salmon steak from Costco, olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. That's it. How much simple can it get?
The salmon steak is Kirkland brand from Costco. They come frozen and individually wrapped. You can defrost them easily in a bowl of hot water for approx. 30 minutes.
The lemon pepper grinder is from Trader Joe's.
How to do it:
Place the salmon steaks on a flat cooking tray lined with aluminum foil. Dribble some olive oil over each steak. Grind the lemon pepper seasoning over the salmon on both sides. Place the tray in an oven set to broil. Set the timer to 11 minutes. Start broiling for 6 minutes on one side, then flip over and broil for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes and serve hot. The outside should be a little crusty but the inside is tender and moist.
Remember, don't over cook it. Timing is key.
Summary
This simple dish is easy and anyone can make it. You will be impressed by the quality of the result. Let me know if you agree. Bon appetit.
