"Strawberry,Pineapple,Banana punch bowl cake"
Ingredients: For two round layer cakes
2 boxes of Duncan Hines or other butter flavor cake mix; follow cake mix directions and cook cakes and let cool.
Ingredients for Fruit custard:
1 sm. can crushed pineapples
2 lge. bananas mashed up
2 cups sugar
2 Tbs. corn starch
2 eggs (beaten).
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup water
1 stick salted butter (soft).
1 dash salt
1 lg .cool whip
Put the milk and cup water in pot turn heat on low and stir continuously. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar butter vanilla butter,extract, corn starch. Then add pineapples and bananas mix. pour pineapple banana mixture into pot of hot milk and keep stirring until custard is thicken. turn off heat.
Ingredients: for strawberries and glaze.
Take strawberies wash and slice thin, when finish add 2 Tbs. sugar over strawberries, let set ten minutes, then add strawberry glaze to strawberries and mix well.
In a punch Bowl, put one cake layer inside punch bowl. pou all strawberry mixture over first cake layer, then put on second layer over the strawberry mixture. Pour all fruit custard over second layer of cake. refridgerate for 1 hour then spread whip cream over the custard and dig in. Use a large spoon to dip down through all layers so you can get cake, strawberries and pudding. This a fantastic, dreamy treat for you and your company. enjoy
