For Your Sweet Potato Pancakes You Will Need.

3. 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder.

4. 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Nutmeg.

6. 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil.

7. 4 Large Eggs.

8. 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar.

9. 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract.

10. 4 Cups Peeled Finely Grated Sweet Potato.

11. 2 Tablespoons Real Butter , for frying your sweet potatoes.

You will want to start by mixing all your ingredients together well except for the sweet potatoes. Once you have your sweet potato pancakes cooked serve them with plenty of margarine or butter and heated pancake syrup. And yes you have now improved on pancakes. I guarantee you that you , your family and friends will agree that the sweet potato pancakes are the best pancakes they have ever eaten in their life.

You want to make sure that you peel and grate your sweet potatoes up fine. And when you fry them in the butter you want them to brown. Turn them over as they are cooking to get them brown on all sides. And once you make your sweet potato pancakes you'll see how delicious browning your sweet potatoes makes them.
