This is my very First Hub and I am too much excited. I can't even tell you how happy I am to be here. I have just finished reading all the necessary instructions that I need to survive on my way here. I have also read many articles of some of the old Authors here. As Everyone knows, Food is a very essential part of our life and all of us do have certain likes and dislikes. Some of us may like spicy while others like a sweet dish and our environment around us also play a huge factor in determining the particular taste for us.

Sub-Continent has a really big history regarding its cooking stuff. Sub-Continent was also known as the "Golden Bird" due to its immense and high-quality crops. It was because of this reason they were able to develop different types of genres in the Culinary department. Following are their Top 5 Miracle dishes.

How to make this dish ?

  • First of all, take the chicken and mix it with Curd, Chilies, Ginger, and garlic paste. Now let it sit like that for more than half an hour.
  • After that, take the cooking pot and put some oil in it. Then put the chicken inside and cook it till it appears brownish and then roast it. After that, take some Nut-mag and mix it in the pot.
  • After that, take another pot and after putting some oil in it, you are to heat it up and add onions to it. Cook the onions till they are light brown and then add Cumin and various spices to them. After that, ass the paste of ginger and garlic and cook the onions.
  • After that, add the rice already soaked in water and then add water according to the amount of rice. Dry all the water and take the pot off the stove.
  • Now, you will notice a layer of broth over the rice. Add green chilies and other things to the dish. Now, put on the lid and let it steam cook itself.
  • After the steaming, mix it very well and your Dish is ready to be served.

How to cook this dish ?

  • After cooking, when the meat looks all ready then add the remaining ingredients: oil, black pepper, red chilies, and salt. After that, if any water still remains, then cook the meat at a medium pace and keep stirring until all of the water has dried up. After that, add green chilies and tomato to it.
  • Then, bring the heat to a slow pace and cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Keep cooking until the tomatoes become soft and water dries up.

How to Cook this Dish ?

  • Take a pot and put butter inside and heat it.
  • Then, take the meat onto a frying pan and add the Following ingredients like garlic paste, spices, red chilies paste, Coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix it well and cook the whole under medium heat.
  • Take a separate pot and add the grains to it. Add lots of water and one or two spoons of salt and boil it. When the grain becomes tender and soft add the Soda to it and then again cook it from 16 to 21 minutes.
  • Now mix the meat with the grains and mix it thoroughly. Mix it continuously so that they are mixed into each other completely. Now grind the lentils in a grinder and make a thick paste by adding 2 to 3 cups of water in it while grinding.
  • Now, pour the lentil paste on the meat and grains mixture and mix them thoroughly. Now place the pot on a stove after mixing it thoroughly and cook the mixture on normal heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Now, fry the other onion on some butter or ghee and make them brown. Now, separate the oil with absorbent paper. After the Dish is cooked, sprinkle the Spices, fry onions, coriander, cumin, and peppermint onto the plate and serve.
  • Keep some of the lemons apart too because lemons can give it a unique texture too.

  • Chop the onions, coriander, chilies and take all the spices, and put them in a bowl along with the potatoes and chickpeas, and mix them thoroughly.
