Vegetable Omelette
For the past three years I played the role of a part time home chef. Before my parents left this world, I am glad that I was able to serve them by cooking good and delicious recipes for them. This recipe, "Vegetable Omelette" was one of those recipes. I learned it and prepared it for them. Here is the recipe for such delicious treat:
Ingredients:
Baguio beans 1/8 kilo
green onion one big piece
grean peas half of small can
okra 2 pieces
5 eggs
salt and pepper
knorr seasoning
Procedure:
Preparation:
Cut Baguio beans into small sizes. Cut onions into small cubes. Cut okra into small slices. Beat the five pieces of eggs.
Boil the grean peas until tender then set aside. Saute in a pan the following vegetables: bean curds, onions, okra, boiled peas. Pour salt and pepper while sauteing the vegetable. Add knorr seasoning. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then pour the beaten egg into the pan.
Then simmer it for about 20 minutes or until it becomes compact.
Serve in a dish.
This preparation is good for about 4 to 5 person.
