Updated on April 17, 2013

#1 Steak

Steak is very rich in Zinc & Vitamin B5. Vitamin B5 is very essential in preventing your hair loss & also it doesn’t allows to become your hair grey. Also, if you don’t have enough zinc in your diet, then you may be prone to hair loss. So go & have taste of this juicy steak, which will make your Hair healthy.

Recipe recommended- STOUT STEAK

#2 Salmon

Salmon is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids which prevents hair loss & also keeps your hair shiny & young. Although you can also try Baked Fish. It's really healthy & also good for hair.

#3 Low Fat Greek Yogurt

I mentioned Greek yogurt, because it’s more rich in proteins than the regular yogurt. Also it’s a great source of Calcium. Both these not only prevents hair loss, but they even increase hair growth. So if you want long & shiny hair, then this Ingredient is a must.

#4 Swiss Chard

This is a great source of Biotin. Mostly people know biotin for cell growth but only few are aware that it also leads to hair growth. Although; not as fast as the first 3 ingredients.

#5 Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are the ones which helps in making of sebum. Sweet potatoes contain Vitamin C & beta Carotene which help the human body to make sebum. Sebum protects the scalp from becoming dry & also makes your hair shiny & prevents it from dandruff.
