What to drink after you have so much high calorie, heaty foods?

Everytime you had high calorie foods such as barbeque, fried food, fast food, heaty fruits such as durians, rambutan, and mango plus baked food, the calorie present in the food can in turn become heat as soon it is digested in your body. The higher the calorie of the food is, the heatier the food is. So it is important to have something to drink to soothe the heat from the high calorie food or an individual may have high fever later. So here are some best drinks an individual can drink after consuming so much high calorie food:

a) Pure water

This is the first and obvious drink to have after much consumption of high calorie food. Pure water can cools down our body instantly after drinking it. Pure water is also beneficial to clean up all the toxins that may present from the high calorie food itself. The pure water can be boiled water or better still, mineral water.

b) Cooling water

Cooling water is different than pure water because it has certain chemical contents which helps in cooling down our body even faster. It is very beneficial for those consuming very high calorie food in high content such as barbequed meat, durians, and fried food. Cooling water can cools down an individual body much faster than pure water.

c) Salt water

Water with some teaspoon of salt are also good alternative to cools our body after mass consumption of high calorie foods. Just one cup of salt water are sufficient to do the body cooling job. Scientifically salt water has higher boiling point so it can absorbs more heat than pure water but less than the cooling water. It is also important to control the amount of salt used. Too little salt means the salt water is ineffective in body cooling; too much salt can increase the risk of hypertension and worsens dehydration.

d) Coconut juice

Coconut juice directly from the coconut itself is also helpful in cooling down our body after mass consumption of high calorie food. It can be directly drink from inside the shell and it is tasty to drink. However this solution is only viable in tropical countries where the coconut can easily be found.

e) Isotonic drink

Isotonic drink contains water and multiple mineral salts. It is useful for sportsperson and for patients suffering from diarrhea. And this health benefits for those after consuming mass high calorie food too. Not only it can provides water for cooling and rehydration but it can mineral salts which can helps increase the cooling effect from the drink and to replace lost salt from our body from sweating.

f) Mangosteen

Similar to coconut juice, mangosteen can only be found in tropical countries. Unlike heaty fruits such as durians and mangos, mangosteen amazingly has the cooling effects. Therefore it is advisable to have mangosteens after consuming heaty or high calorie foods, especially after consuming so much durians and mangoes.
