My favorite candy is homemade. I melt semi-sweet or bitter chocolate, spread it on waxed paper, aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Then I sprinkle the chocolate with an assortment of nuts and dried fruit. My favorites are almonds, cashews, dried cranberries, cherries and blueberries. If the nuts are unsalted then I sprinkle my homemade chocolate bark with a little sea salt. Yum! It´s full of antioxidants and so easy to make, too.
