They are so delicious, where I live is renowned for raspberry growing but it is a short season. Personally can't stop self from eating them as they are. When I can exercise some self control I like them in smoothies, homemade scones and muffins. I am not a big lover of rich/creamy food but I make a-lot of things for my family with raspberries such as eton mess, white chocolate and raspberry truffles, raspberry and lemon tartlets and dark chocolate and raspberry torte. Oh and blondies too! Really love to bake.
