Crab and Mushroom Crepes, with a sauce made of sherry and Swiss cheese.

For the rest of the crab, I'm thinking about a deviled crab casserole and some crab fritters. Whatcha think? No, this isn't self-promoting my hub. This recipe will be on the Jack's Seafood site! One of the others might become a hub, however. lol

Oh baby it is unabashed self promotion ---- thank you!! My mouth is watering, and I gained 4 lbs just thinking about it. I reckon I could do some of this this weekend. Cool to the rule

I think it sounds like a dish I would like to make.  The deviled crab casserole and crab fritters also sound amazing.  Can't wait to see them all online.

I like my crab fresh and straight out of the claws.

It's a shame they don't grow as big as a cow really.......

I should write a hub about spider crabs....

Great idea. Why can't we have genetically engineered giant crabs??

Crab curry (in Thailand) is one of my favorite dishes. Subtle but fairly hot sauce. An emotional experience. Never talk whilst eating it. Growl at passersby.
