Why do people believe gimmicks to lose weight and supplement their diets when there is no research t
People spend a fortune of money on diet gimmicks and supplements to improve their health.
I think that they end up choosing these weight loss supplements out of desperation and depression. Obesity has become a global health problem, so all those who are overweight, they want to get rid of extra weight in any way possible. They won't mind using every single product that is existent in the market.

Fitness centers and diets do not want you to lose weight, permanently. They want you to lose a little and then gain it again. So you'll have to keep going to the gym or dietitian.
