Is there a way to liquefy cooked egg whites so they can be used as a drink?
Raw egg whites are easy to blend into a drink, but they're very difficult to digest, they can contain bacteria, and they actually leach vitamins away from your body. I'd like to figure out a way to liquefy the egg whites so I can use them as a protein drink post workout.
if you add milk and water it sometimes works. Try scrambling the eggs. that should give you a better outcome
a bit of milk or water.. and a blender? really, thats the only thing that i can think of
