chocolate ..I love savory foods
...and fries yum.Thats a toughie..... but I think if i had to choose, I'd sacrifice my KFC!

I say yes. Using an oil which holds up under high temperatures the oil does not break down and change its molecular structure. It is still recognizable to the human body which can break it down and utilize it.

What are the weird breakfast foods that you find irresistible?At times, I enjoyed eating sliced wheat bread with garlic mayonnaise spread and a dash of oregano. This may sound bizarre to you but I really found it tasty.
