Hi there, I would like to give this diet a go but I am not far from my target weight. I am 9st...
6pounds and I would like to be around 8 stone. Do you think that this diet would be as effective on myself say compared with someone twice the size as me. I am 20 years old and I am 5 foot 1.
Another thing I would like to ask you is, do you know what I can find more documentation on this diet as I have not found any reveiws or comments relating. Therefore, I wouldn't like to start a diet that I did not know worked. Thank you for your time and help.
Hi Katie, I would recommend this diet to anyone trying to lose weight. To learn more, just Google Drop Diet and you should be able to find all the details. Its out there on the web. You can stop the diet once you've reached your target but let me warn you- it will probably change your eating habits forever once you experience how good you feel eating this way. Best of luck to you! Laceylinks
