My husband brought back some dried lamb from Tunisia. It is very salty. How can I cook it?
Do you cook dried meat? I'd have thought you'd slice it an have it on a sandwich or in a salad. If its dried then cooking it will just dry it out even more. I think dried lamb would be absolutely delicious on a sandwich, with mayonnaise, which has fresh mint leaves chopped into it. A sort of take on lamb and mint sauce! Enjoy xxx
