Does citric acid diminish the health benefits of a shot of wheatgrass?
is this true?
Robeks juice guy told me that chasing a shot of wheatgrass with an orange slice diminishes the good effects of wheatgrass, because citric acid 'kills' the good enzymes, nutrients present in the wheatgrass-Is this true?? or was he just too lazy to slice an orange for me??
I do not know if this is true, although I will be watching for an answer. If by chance I come across the actual answer somewhere I will post it. Thank you
